From description it appears that the 2,750 square feet is the green space between the Grammar School and the Post Office complex where the Jackson Falls House once stood.

Act by State of NH June 22, 1819 transferring 50 acres owned by William Stilphen near the foot of Thorn Mountain transferred from Adams to Bartlett.
Act by State of NH July 3, 1822 transferring a tract of land part of farm owned by Nathaniel Carlton near the foot of Thorn Mountain from Bartlett to Adams.
