Linens, blanket, flax, and lace donated by Claude Meserve Family. Blanket was grown and hand woven by Claude's grandparents (the Hodge Family) who lived on Dundee Road (Pitman Farm). Stored in box in supply room  
       
  Brochure - 11 Catalog of Exhibit of 19th Century White Mountain Paintings and lecture by Charles Vogel February 9, 2002 in Old Town Hall in Jackson. Over 200 attended the exhibit and then standing room only of more than 150 at the lecture. Also article from Mountain Ear. This event was the first of a series planned to celebrate the Society's 25th Anniversary in 2002.

  Document - 13 Minutes of First Annual Meeting on May 3, 1978 and Second in May 1979 of Jackson Historical Society. Janet Green was first President, then Cynthia Welch followed by Ray Steen.  
       
  Object-14 Photograph of Bicentennial quilt being presented by Jackson Sewing Club ladies to Town of Jackson. Quilt was framed by the JHS in a sealed frame and now hangs in the Town Office.  
       
  Document - 15 Announcement of dance held at the Eagle Mountain House on May 18th, 2002 to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Jackso Historical Society. Dozens of photographs of people attending-all identified.  
       
  Photograph - 16 Series of photographs of JHS exhibit at the White Mountain Arts Festival held in the park in Jackson on August 17, 2002. The JHS co-sponsored the entire event with the Jackson Chamber of Commerce and our exhibit was held jointly with the Conway Historical Society. The JHS donated a 19th century painting to be raffled with $6,150.00 in tickets being sold. The JHS and Conway shared the proceeds in support of their new museum of White Mountain art. Conway was not asked to contribute to the cost of the exhibit. Copy of program for the exhibit.  
       
  Photograph - 17 List of Jackson poets and readers who contributed to the Second Annual Poetry Night held December 4, 2002. This is now an annual event of the Jackson Historical Society. Donald Graves was selected to be the Poet Laureate of the Society. A suitable trophy has been created that will be awarded each year.
